Professional Experience:  15 years employment in all aspects of mortgage loan servicing.
22 years licensed as a Real Estate agent and associate broker.
Experienced in residential homes, log homes, small farms, equestrian properties and land.

Education:  8 years employed as a Veterinary medical assistant

3 years at U of W
Active duty in USNR as an Aviation Administration
15 years mortgage servicing plus related training, courses, and experience
Business owner: Former owner of The China Exchange, Inc. and Wheeler Enterprises.

Outside Interests:  Back country: Hiking, fishing, camping, wilderness horse packing.
Horses: Owned, raised, trained and enjoyed horses for nearly 30 years.
Animals: Always have been a dog owner, but admire most all animals.
Backroads travel: Visiting communities, places, people, local cultures, etc.
Community: Was a founding member of the Snohomish-Arlington Trail Coalition, and a member of Snohomish County Parks Citizen Advisory Committee on Trails.
Volunteered for USFS trail work projects on numerouse occasions, Past chapter director of Backcountry Horsemen of Washington.

Personal Information:  Born and raised in Seattle, Washington. Graduated from Ballard High School in 1960.
Served active military duty at Miramar Naval Air Station near SanDiego, CA.
Owned acreage and the Tew T Appaloosa Ranch in Snohomish 1972 until 1999.
Now own a home on acreage in rural Arlington. Not now married, but my son, Jim, is also a Real Estate Agent and we work as a team on certain real estate transactions.
